Not an outstanding fan of otherworldly skin tones myself, but support!
Another alternative could perhaps be a sort of all-or-nothing deal? As in, you pay X Runecoins for say, a Chameleon Palette , which'd be a one-time purchase that would allow one to freely interchange between all colors? Seems reasonable enough and more practical than having to buy several Extracts to unlock each tone individually, although I'm not too sure how desirable this would be from both a business' and a consumer's point of view.
