Not sure if this is allowed to be here, please remove if not, since i didnt know where else to put

I have a very good idea about bringing a good and easy to do chinese new year event for 2023, it involves the Qin dynasty i do have a rough sketch of all the fully working event idea's, im just curious if these posts ever get seen by jagex moderator's and idea's took into consideration, also this idea i am pitching would benefit them in the long run too.
It would be fantastic if a moderator from jagex would get back to me about this.
