I'm sorry for posting here, but I am very frustrated in trying to process an email to payment support for a purchase in Solomon's.

I apparently clicked on "Earn RuneCoins" link while trying to use Loyalty Points to purchase a Wicked Pouch. After I realized that I clicked the wrong button, I went back to "Purchase with Loyalty Points".

Then I logged back into my account and discovered I have two Wicked Pouches.

I have spent over 30 minutes looking for a link, email address, some way to send this email, but I'm in some loop that keeps showing me the message "We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours" but I am unable to send my query.

Can someone please give me some guidance in sending this message, finding the link, etc.

Could older treasure hunter items such as dragon ceremonial and skilling outfits be changed to function akin to newer items in that when they're keepsaked only a replica is put inside the keepsake box while the physical item is not removed from our posession?

Recolourable items like dragon ceremonial and queen's guard are a bit annoying as keepsaking one item effectively renders you unable to recolour any of the other items part of the outfit as there is no way to obtain duplicates meaning the only possible solution as of now is to remove pieces from keepsake box first. :/

the arcane fishing animation loops kinda looked ugly and unsastifying. what would be better is for my character to stay in the arcane fishing position instead of standing back up straight while im still fishing

Account tab I believe is where you need to go & I know they did have an email that you could contact them thru a long time ago but not sure if that's active any more. Most of all their mail I think now is in game. Have you tried taking a picture of the email, maybe pasting it on something like Paint or uploading it as a Push type picture. I know others use that I haven't ever personally. But I believe your going to have to go into the Billings & Support area to try & contact them. I've had Jmods help me with purchases in the past that had to do with Solomon's. They will get back to you with the one that says 48 hrs. They probably don't need to have a picture sent as they already see everything attached to your acct.

Yes I just checked that area. Just log into RS homepage & choose Account at the top go over to the right side there are 3 options on the right one is Billing & Support, click that & use the drop down menu to choose what is appropriate. It may take you thru to some simple fixes but some where there will be an option if none of that is your problem, & will let you contact them. Good luck.

Looking at your account, it's likely because you seem to be wearing weapons that are unsheathed. These walk anims require your weapons to be sheathed to work!

This can be done with the hotkey "*" if your hotkeys haven;t been changed.

hello, I wanted to lay a few things on the table that I hope can be soon
addressed and considered. (on rs3)

after a some interaction skilling and killing the "clear" setting for the sunglasses
will become chromed and reflective rather than see through. this is something that I would really love to see getting fixed.

the following things I would like to lay on the table are some idea's for
soloman's store.

I would really enjoy more buyable bank spaces.

I would also like to see more (retro) sets in soloman's store.

such as.

- retro dragonhide armor.
- retro gilded armor.
- retro god-rune sets.
- retro accumulator's.

the following are just some things I would love to see added into the
player owned houses.

a majority of us love our player owned houses but there are some things that could
our homes much more relevant.

I would like to see some sort of content added that will have us coming back to our homes more often.

I would love to see an expansion to the storage system in player
owned houses
there could be soo much added to the armor storage and cosmetics.
like being able to store one of every piece of armor and or weapon from
bronze to dragon by maybe adding an armory or something. also an expansion to
pet storage system would be much appreciated.

I think that adding the features of the games room in burthorpe into the game
room in the player owned houses would be amazing. those games are fun
but not many know about that awesome content.
