I'm sorry for posting here, but I am very frustrated in trying to process an email to payment support for a purchase in Solomon's.
I apparently clicked on "Earn RuneCoins" link while trying to use Loyalty Points to purchase a Wicked Pouch. After I realized that I clicked the wrong button, I went back to "Purchase with Loyalty Points".
Then I logged back into my account and discovered I have two Wicked Pouches.
I have spent over 30 minutes looking for a link, email address, some way to send this email, but I'm in some loop that keeps showing me the message "We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours" but I am unable to send my query.
Can someone please give me some guidance in sending this message, finding the link, etc.
