So, i have everything except for the Frozen body (dungeoneering piece) for the elite skilling outfits. I am no longer able to purchase keys, so is it just impossible for me to complete this set?

You may have reached the limit for buying keys for a bit, but DG outfit will be released in game at some point where you can get fragments from dungeoneering and then use the fragments with invention to make the outfit pieces

The male Demonic Claw hairstyle and the female Ornate Odango hairstyle are both free on the SGS.

Note: The Ornate Odango hairstyle is on the last page of the free items for members section of SGS. The male is on the first. Not sure if they swap depending on your gender, but you can get both regardless. Come the Sixth-Age, the world will need the World Guardian.
