It needs one and there's no reason not to have one. If sections like this qualify for one, then so should RGU.

Chat lounges act as a place for regular posters within a forum section to interact with each other, instead of spamming up active threads for chatter, because there's nowhere else to do so.

R*U has been screaming ultra-loudly for one for centuries and still has no luck! .
