Hi, I am loving the store but this week some prismatic dye and it has not yet been loaded on my account. I bought some before and had no issue. I wonder where it might be?
I hope they give us more choices on hair this year. That would be wonderful.

I cannot type. That is for sure. I was saying I bought some dye and have not received it yet? I wonder what I should do to get it or my coins back? Anyone here know what to do? Thank you for letting talk. I do not know any where else to go?

Still no reply. I have repeatedly asked for assistance for my issue, but I have received none. I will say it one more time. I have not received my Prismatic Dyes. 8 dyes for 625 rune coins. I have bought them before with no problems. This time I can not find them on my account. Yes I have tried all the remedies prescribed to no avail. Please return my coins or give me the prismatic dye.

Angel - As i also posted on your thread below, the Prismatic dyes should show up in the Wardrobe interface when you go to recolour an outfit. (Remember, you can only have up to eight colours saved at one time.)

If they are not there, you should contact Payment Support, by using the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of this page: Contact Payment Support .

please H E L P me i am trying to enter into the solomons store and it say's "Page cannot be displayed" I try to go to my account or to the message center,i get the same message and a blank screen no matter what i try to do, like deleting history updating internet explorer and nothing will make Solomons store open in game or from the website so i am paying for memebers to gain benefits that dont work for me ....can somebody please help me....i just wanted to buy some wings and auras and some bank space boosters but i guess your company has left to go to the runefest and don't care about paying customers anymore....i wasted my money buying membership i could have stayed in the free world and saved my money.....I hope somebody can reply and help me get to shopping in solomons store and view my account and all the pages i cant access now thanking you in advanced incase somebody does see this and comes to my rescue

They Should Add Saradomin, Guthix and Zamorak Replica rune armor sets so they look like how they used too. I just miss how they used to look and theres already rune (g) replica armor sets and im just liiike why no saradomin replica rune armor D:
