and not to forget one argument. jagex is a company, the bosses who set the game rules and decide the big strategy can change. and so a boss can make promises, then gets replaced by other manager, who does not feel responsible for the old promise but just sets new rules how to treat the old customers. so in fact the old boss was not a liar, but only naive and not forseeing the future. the new boss is just a bit respectless to the player community, but he is not necessary a cheater / rulebreaker.
players can complain of course, but finally they have no rights. all rights reserved by jagex ltd.
players can accept or leave, thats it

Hey there fellas! Is anyone else unable to purchase the Shadow Knight/Shadow Hunter set? Or are these going to be available later on? When clicking them I get the prompt 'This item is not available right now' where the runecoin cost is displayed.

Not sure if I'm missing something so just wanted to check out with others!
