I am a bit partial on the promotion.

One side of me is happy, as it gave me the opportunity to purchase the shadow outfits this time seeing as to how I missed out last time due to holidays.

On the other hand, I do feel it does take away from the prestige of limited-time items.



On a side note, a bit surprised to see that they threw in the original shadow items, as well as the shadow dragoon. And state the Shadow Series returns. But whilst they were at it, left out the shadow gorilla. But well yeh, reasons I suppose. Doesn't matter too much to me since I've already gotten the shadow gorilla promo "limited" items, but can imagine there would have been players wanting those as well.

I got the shadow drake, not because it was "limited" the first time. I got it because it was spectacular. Its one of the nicest pets in Runescape. And is the nicest from solomons.

Do I feel "scammed" by Jagex? No... want to know why?

All I did was buy this in the SGS.

I did not do an event. I did not spend time in Runescape grinding for it other than maybe bonds. But for Goodness sake, its not something to be looked at like "ohh i did something special or was here " to get it.

I never cared either way for it to come back or not. People with Skypouncer, bloodpouncer and Blazehound. All are discontinued. And with all my heart i hope that sometime in the future, if Jagex needs the money that bad they can bring those back out too.

Bring anything From SGS back whenever the time feels right to profit from it.....Why? So maybe they can start updating the game the way they promise and the way even they have admited to needing to do.

Shadow outfits i actively supported everytime I saw a thread... they were gone from store long before bonds came out and it only seemed fair to give people the chance who needs to use Runescape gp the chance to own.

I dont see anything special about having something from SGS. I just cant wrap my head around that but ehhh i guess to each his own way of thinking.
