M'yea, as said above, a poll isn't "always" guaranteed as: oh it hit 50/75%!, release it!
Perhaps due to limitations, they cannot do it. But the information they got from a poll is valuable to them (same reason they use monkeysurvey sometimes).

Polls are mostly used to poke us players and see what we would vote.

Exactly.

Hence why voting should never be taken as "oh that means it will happen"...

You lot are the most selfish and entitled brats in these forums. No respect for anybody in the Community, nor interest in the desires of anybody other than yourselves. How many times do I have to say this to get it to stick? GET OVER YOURSELVES you selfish lot.

There is absolutely zero chance that this sale of desired items will result in a negative game review. There is zero chance that this is unwanted because the majority of the voting community agreed to it.

If the company asks its customers if it is okay to sell old popular items, and the most of them say it is okay to sell these old items, then sell the items and watch the money come in. It isn't shady practice to ask if its okay to sell something and we answer yes.

New players want the items they physically had no chance to get. Old players want the items they missed when reality kicked in. They don't want some cheap remake or a dated copy that separates you from them. You are not special for playing a 20 minute event the day it came out vs any day it comes back. You are not important enough at all to say anybody here asking for old items has to forcibly be placed lesser than you in any event of a return.

Well, a lot of people in 'your and hijacked threads' are not a fan of re-introducing.
And since it was an old poll, it is not that relevant anymore and untrustworthy.

My thread is no different than this. Overall beneficial in every way, but crybabies who either cannot read, or cannot understand, like yourself, desperately trying to argue that it is a harmful update without providing any factual evidence to prove it.

You haven't said one thing in this thread that proves Jagex selling old holiday items harms you or any other player, while the poll, regardless of being a couple years old or not, proves people are interested and support the sales. You are childish to think your opinion is more important than the passing majority vote. They could offer the same poll again and the results would not change.

Read my last post, Jagex asked us if it was ok to sell them, we said yes. Regardless of how long ago it was, which was not long at all in all reality, we gave them the OK, they can sell them and never be seen as shady because we specifically answered saying they should do it.

Since you brought it up.. My thread revalues GP, overall adds tens of times more public interest in partyhats as a whole, and gives every wealthy player something to aim for as opposed to Only a few hundred players being able to own one at any given point in time. The total amount of tradable rares REMAINS THE SAME, the only difference is after the update more people would be aiming for that limited quantity rare, due to the store's increasing popularity towards partyhats.

You are simply a troll worrying about what ways you can brag over everybody else. You have no valid points in any of these threads and you probably never will. Get over yourself and understand bettering the game is more important.
