sorry this is off -topic because of the JAG post is LOCKED. so this question is base on the JAG details.

i am using my new laptop and i have forgotten some of my answers for the JAG add on devices, is there any ways i can recover those answers. or use my account on my laptop. because ive been trying to remember my answers, but i keep getting wrong for the past 2 days and ive been locked out on trying to use it on my laptop for that 24hours rules if 3. is there a way i can get to reset my JAG answers or any ways i can show proof that its my IP address. and i am trying to get on it?

Please help.
