Is this active as of now? this morning i had 168k loyalty points, i went to xuan's shop and bought alot of items, and noticed i did Not receive Any sort of discount. Are we to be refunded, or will we see our loyalty points properly spent?

It was active a few days ago when the eoc was released, but I would like to see an official announcement on the homepage now that its out, especially seeing as Squeel stuff got "coming in a few days" messages followed by "its here" messages.
Also can we get some fixed dates? a "fortnight" isn't the easiest unit of measurement for people to understand, especially when a lot of people don't know when it started.
My only hope is that there is a news post, and its just being delayed because Jagex wants to make a statement about the bank boosters in it, but is still working on reviewing the store and doesn't know an eta for them still.
If we point out each others flaws, then we can fix them.
That way, we can all improve together ^_^

I have a question about the Loyalty Programme. Why is it that those of us that pay monthly, and I have been for nearly 10 years, get Loyalty Programme rewards while those that randomly purchase Game cards get Loyalty Programme rewards AND really neat things like Katanas and Lightning Packs. Is Jagex telling us that they would rather have us quit paying monthly and start randomly purchasing Game cards or what? In all due fairness, shouldn't those of us that pay regularly be allowed those items as well?
