@Sg1fannz: LOL, and nuts to that guy, he obviously knows nothing about bots, bots do notusually talk, or skill different skills and you my friend are def not a bot! I've been accused of being a bot too, and so was p-mod who was standing next to me! LOL.
As for all the accusations about 10s of thousands of extra people logged on being bots, how in the world do these accusers know for sure these accounts are bots! I don't think they were bots, I think they were legit secondary or tertiary accts and that is why the numbers have returned to what they've been since Botany Bay came out! The bots are being dealt with, have some patience people and stop assuming!

it was an awesome weekend got about 200m xp and over 30 hrs of elapsed time.
the first 24 hrs was incredible laggy and im impressed with your apoloegy but overall it was a wonderful weekend :D im hapi

Thanks for this weekend Jagex, great to have had it.
Also thanks for the apology, it's good to see this. I can imagine that the huge number of players was more then you'd expected and yes then the servers can be crowded.
I've been working quite some time in the Citadel because I could work there much better, too bad the banks there won't work with 1-click, you have to right-click and choose the action (hint hint).
Usually I'm preparing for the event long before it starts and the last weeks I make my schedule and go collecting stuff and shopping, due to the fact that you had written in the forums that you were thinking of not doing these XP Weekends anymore and it was not held in September (as usual), I did not prepare as much as before. After you wrote it was going to happen I had not that much time to get everything I needed, so I feel I could have done more.
Please can you tell if we can see Double XP weekend again?
And if so, can you give use more time to prepare ourselves?

I hope you gained a lot of knowledge and feedback from the failure of this bonus xp weekend. There were pockets of time during the early morning where I actually enjoyed myself and was racking up some much needed agility experience, but coming back on during the evening was beyond a joke.
I hope you invest wisely into optimizing your servers
