what do i say to this...

Aload of bullcrap, in my opinion. I pay what, about 8.00 a month on my credit card, and yet i miss another item?
when people buy cards, they pay what, 22.00? but a re-paying member like me is constantly paying 8 a month.
i just think it is un-fair..
Jagex, your slowly slipping away with your updates and costumers.

Take it back to the Old Rs.
none of this was a problem,
now in 2012, its a HUGE deal.
in my opinion you guys should stop trying to be like other games out there, give the people who pay on credit card their "mask" and let the people who pay for cards, have to pay with Loyalty points or something..

Totally unfair.

why dont we all members who pay 3 month suscription get anything of this game card
promotions? u dont even sell em on my country and isnt the point to buy 3 months membrship ? it should be obtainable buying the 3 month suscription in any method =/

Jagex is asking for too much money anymore. What ever happend to the old days where you done the events to get the items. This is frowned upon by me. People that are already paying for member should have access to anything that comes out.

none of the stores you mentioned in canada has received the cards for the scarecrow mask. I checked with all of them more than one and none of them have seen the red cards. you tell me where should i get the card????

You should see it appear in the first tab of your bank, otherwise talk to diango in Draynor to receive it.
I agree that it is unfair that people that pay with credit cards won't receive the Scarecrow Mask, but the mask is not as important as people think.
