I redeemed my 90 day membership card today on the 18th of october and i bought it on that day and i never recieved the scarecrow mask. i checked to see is diango in draynor and he doesnt have it. i would like to know whats causing this problem and how do i clam the iteam sense i never got it ?

TokelT420, is your membership card red? You only get the mask if your membership card is red.
Also, my ideas on the update
I understand that you are promoting people to become members, but for the people that already buy membership, reoccurring ad stuff like that, I believe it would be benificial to give stuff to them to make sure they stay members. I like the look of the mask, but i have re-occurring membership and i'd like one too. I will be a member throughout october and more than 90 or 100 days or whatever. Shouldn't the mask be given to people like me who have membership for over 100 days, it's just in reoccuring? I would go buy a membership card today if I didnt already have it, and i dont think it is worth 21 dollars, on top of the money im already paying. I think it would be too much of a hassle to end my membership then start it up again at the end of the 3 months, and chances are ill go a day not being a member without noticing after the card expires and i'll have my loyalty rewards reset:/
So please extend the offer of the mask to reoccuring members who have been/are members for 90 days+

All my current memberships are being payed buy credit card wich will automatically pays for my memberships month after month. So it would be rather unnecessary for me to purchase a membership card to get one pixelated holiday item as a benefit, anyhow so it looks quite awesome and you've done on great job on it so I'll probably buy one :) Thanks Jagex

this is highly unfair on all who are monthly subscribers we show pure loyelty and trust but yet we get nothing in return, yet if i was to pay for a few months at a time i get not only the mask but an extra 32 masks where the hell is the logic in that????
