@Sirjdog1212: So you're saying because Jagex had the support of random people all over the world 9 years ago, the game is what it is today? you either have a really big ego or just don't see the big picture... Jagex is what it is today because of players, yes, but more importantly, because of technology advances... So before you spout off to some kid your opinion, think very carefully about what you're gonna say.. but please, don't hurt yourself in the process...
As for all the negative commenters complaining about some cosmetic item you WANT but can't GET because of whatever reason, grow up, enjoy the game, and stop whining. A, it's quite annoying, and B, I seriously doubt Jagex wants to hear about it...

yeah i just wanna say you offer all these great deals for free stuff if you use this card or that card i usea credit card i dont use cards from game stop i beena member consitent for over 5 yrs now and i dont get the free items nor do any of my member friends who p2p so unfair jagex of you to offer an give free items for someone who may only be a member durin that time while i us loyal player are always losing out on some fantastic giveaway :D thx again

look here sirjdog...i been a member for over 5yrs myself and pay by credit card every month so dont come on here preachin to me about ur crap...all im sayin is there are way too many ppl complaining about not getting one thing from a card....where as they get plenty for paying each month from their re-occuring payments...who the hell are are to say other wise punk

I've gotten other items in the past but this one I find kind of ugly. Even if I got it, I would never wear it, so why bother?
I'm usually a completionist for games I play where I need to own all the items, unlock everything, etc., but this is just getting annoying now. I'm not going to bother with all the sheister wheel of misfortune outfits anymore, and I already don't have the turkey hat, barbed bow, or anything runefest related, so let's just add 1 more to the list.

ok i understand the game cards but for the reacurring people that already have membership each month items like these and future items should already be put into there bank or sent to diago in draynor .. thats my opinion because why would i want to buy a 3 month membership when i pay for it reaccurring every month it makes no sence for all of us paying reaccurring member accounts ....
or to just fix the problem make the game to were there is no more reaccurring once there time is up make it a gamecard based runescape...???? just a suggestion

zuex people that have recurring dont want to go pay more money that jagex will not even get. how much of that moeny goes to the retailers? there is a reason we pay each month. the fact that we "get plenty for paying each month from their re-occuring payments.." is complete bs, sure we might get sume stuff that f2p can thats why we pay.... but who the hell are you to say we shouldn't get an item, after some of us have been supporting jagex years...

Sadly i wont be buying another game card for a month since i bought one a few months ago..and i wont receive the mask either. Money is tight. Also, i got hacked and they robbed my flame skull which i L O V E D!! i tried contacting jagex about it but never received a reply. PLEASE RETURN THE FLAME SKULL TO MY ACCOUNT.
