I am very sad and disappointed. I had been a member for 4months. Even without members before, i saw your promotions where i buy these game cards to unlock cool stuff in game. I feel it is NOT FAIR. I live in ASIA and there is NO WAY i can get these cards unless i pay a few thousands for travel to US, UK, etc. WHY aren't recurring members given a chance to get these items? I mean it is definitely not fair because as these cards are only available to UK,US,etc, whereby it is in the America and Europe region, only players there can enjoy your deal and have an advantage over players from other parts of the world. You should have made it fair by making these game cards available at other parts of the world or just give loyal players paying for their membership. Jagex, although i don't mind not having these items, but at LEAST make chances and opportunities to get these items equal to everyone regardless of where they live. I hope next time i can expect to see a cosmetic items from paying membership like how i am doing now and not just limiting to game cards. :)

oh thanks again for the slap to the current and on schedule payment members. this is again another way that jagex really does not show fairness for their members. members should always be able to get all things and no, not in this game. it should be the members choice if we want the item or not instead of the slap that you have to make payments this way instead of the way you have had set up since 2005. how rude can you be?

This is absolute ********, i pay $8.20 a month for membership here in Australia, so lets just say as a base rate that's 30 days
now 30x3+1/3x30=100
so 8.20x3+1/3x8.20=$27.33
and you guys charge $40 for a card
40-27.33
--------- =1.5 months extra
8.20
so your expecting me to pay an extra 1.5 months or 46% extra for a cosmetic hat?
When i first started playing i remember reading "there are no items that not available through in game play", heck that's one of the reasons i started playing, its saddening to see the company that was evolve into this, you had such a wonderful game with a wonderful community, and you went and spat on it and threw it away.
You just lost my membership

Having a really hard time understanding why those of us who have reoccurring membership don't have access to these items despite the fact we'll pay for the next three months.
Any way to gain access to them perhaps with noting those who maintain membership throughout the 3 months, or already have had membership for 3+ months? I would like to get those things but I can't spare buying the 3 months in bulk. I do monthly for the affordability and since it's reoccurring not having to worry about how many days left.

You guys are kidding right? We pay monthly for many many months and suddenly we gotta go out and buy a god damn card just to get a mask! What the hell has happen to this game. Jagex has fallen in a deep deep hole and I'm pretty sure soon they won't be able to climb out.... please realize your stupidity before you guys lose most of your loyal customers... P.S. I'm not even disappointed about the mask I'm just disappointed on how you guys are selling out on us and what ever happen to just trying to make this the best RPG...
