ive only got 4 options when talking and its not in my bank. and also still have not received my fate cards

am i able to email jagex somewhere and ask the question??

Dude I seriously don't get it, my membership is still running and I havn't gotten the note or the fate cards. It's not at diango and not at my bank what do i do right now?

I never got mine!!! All because I wasn't a member for three days between the end of august to september... My birthday was august 29th so I wasn't around to subscribe in time. This is poop, I've been a member for years! And I couldn't of at least gotten one of the gifts? I'll be enjoying non-member for a while.

I was hoping someone could help me out here I was a member through the entire month of September but i let my membership expire before I renewed it and I think that is why I didn't receive any exp or any rewards. I was pretty disappointed when I didn't receive them I was wondering if I was eligible.
