I did everything possible...i received my fate cards but did not receive my note. There is no 5th option and i have been a member throughout August and September. All my friends have received their XP during August and September along with their Fate Cards. I however, have only received my Fate Cards and my note from August. I've checked and I haven't been hacked or used it already because all my skills are the same ever since the giveaway started. I've tried swapping world and thoroughly looked through my bank over and over. I am 100% sure i'm eligible as i renewed my membership during this month whilst my membership was still active. I mean i bought one at the end of last month to get the note for August which then continued during September. Something is really wrong as it has been OVER 24 hours since the giveaway occurred. Please help.

I logged on yesterday only having the cards not having any changes in xp or levels besides WC which i have leveled by myself without the use of the note. The other possibility is maybe a bug or something. It's being all weird and idk how to contact Jagex since the options don't match this problem i'm having. It's not in my back cause i've checked it over and over.

there is no bug inside this system on that cards are delivered later then xp .it is on the xp note you got from last month.there is not any bug inside diango or bank it only is gone when you destroy it or use it but when you destroy it it will go to diango,
