i never saw a option to refund it so this must be new for me i think then it must be a bug but i think they will solve this asap.

you did got august rewards right? without 24 hour being non member from 1 august till 30 september? otherwise you will get before 7 or 11 october the fate cards i read that there were some issues with this but dw you will get them if yuo are member from 1 august till 30 september

your member from september 2012 that means you been or member from 1 september or there has been a bigger gap then 24 hours

i was late 8 days off the first month for member but i join the member cuase it siad get 1m xp for 2 month mem subscribe now so i did n i only got the 350k xp no cards or the other xp an i was wondering if u could bless me with the rewards for being a runescape player since 2004. i would realy arpcate it. thank you for taken ur time to view this.
