Is their a forum post where Jagex can look at members who didn't receive their rewards? I have been a member since 2004 and in September I switched payment options within a day so I see no reasons I should not receive the rewards. Hope Jagex does their best in looking at all possible cases. Please no troll responses please..

Well the fact that I'm on a strict budget right now makes me worry if I'm still going to get them before my membership ends within the month.
I was expecting Jagex to deliver them to my account as early as the first week of release.
Jagex please send my xp note soon, I'm running out of membership and I won't be able to use it when I'm back on f2p.

I've been a member for awhile you can check account, and I received my promissory note but not my fate cards and I've posted a few times on the forums and have checked with Diango . But still nothing...can some one plzzz help me , at least let me know whats going on. Ty
