I HAVE A CLAIM! i had the membership since july and only received one promissory note(350.000xp) and i diserved the other promissory note corresponding to september (700.000xp) i need a answer because i want my second promissory note

this is so typical. I get hacked, stop for a week or two, come back and get nothing from this event because i wasnt member for like 1 week... O_o

How unfortunate for me that my subscription didn't begin until October, that experience would of really helped my dungeoneering level.

i had a problemwith that event
i got the exp but never got the cards ? what i can do ?
i get form event:
-700k exp book
-aparience gear free from salomosn general store

*but i never get fate cards , and i dont know what happen
somebody can help me with that ?

I have received my fate cards a while back. Today while I was logged on to the beta worlds I finally received the prom note. However knowing that exp gained on those worlds does not transfer over I decided to destroy it. To my dismay when I logged onto a regular world (W79) Diango had nothing for me. I then destroyed my fate card and he didn't have that either. I was hoping someone could shed some light on what to do to try and get the prom note back - hopefully on a regular world now.
Is anyone else having problems receiving these items from Diango whether used or unused?
