i havent recieved the exp or the deck of cards yet , its the 2nd of oct. still being patient but if i have'nt recieved them in a couple days what should i do?

Umm I recived my 700k exp notes but i didnt get my fate items , ive been a loyalty member for 15 months running , just woundering why i didnt recive mine

Hi, i've been member since 16th of august, i'm not sure am I eligible for 700k xp note ?

Look jagex, you said we would receive certain items but many people are not receiving them, would you please do wha you said you would. Dont say that u arew gonna give a reward if you are nt gonna give when the time comes. Dont lie to the players... I received my fate cards but no promissory note... Please check out what your problems are and solve them.... We are paying to play this game, so dont lie to us and solve the problems...
