i recieved the 350k xp last month, and the 700k this month, but i didnt get any starnge deck of cards?

Hi Mod William and Mod Sushi, I was a member until October the 1st. I still got a notification about the cards and the 700k but my inventory was full, it told me to go to Diango but he does not give me any options to receive it? I was wondering if i am eligible to get it or i have to still wait.

im so digusted with jagex staff.... fail once.. excuses. (but told me id recieve it yesterday then yesterday arrives and not only did i not recieve august's, but septembers either? yall are a joke. dont messege people saying theyll get their notes and then completely fail to give anything. ill NEVER be a member again and dont worry about the xp. ill say once again... enjoy not getting my membership money every month because you fail. this time i mean it. already cancelled with 2 days left. have a bad one

i thought the xp and the fate cards were amazing. i believe you should sell the fate cards like spins or the general store coins. i think it would be a big seller and would be very exiciting for players to get the chance to try out all the things more than once.
