I was pretty angry when i didn't get anything but now i got it and phew im happy <3
Will Jagex do something like this again? i don't mind paying membership (last time it was over 15euro WTF) but still if anyone got an answer please PM me ingame.

I got this in my inbox like last month: Don’t worry though! As promised we will ensure that you receive the full rewards which include the 1 million xp and ‘choose your fate’ items! Now i got only 350k exp. But no confirming mail or anything.

my question still ignored, this is false advertisement, i bought membership on the 11th september cause it said i'd get the rewards, yet im not recieving anything? i guess im in the right mind to sue runescape......

this is false advertisement when i signed up for membership it said i would get the rewards i have my proof many screen shots, therefore i expect to recieve my reward..........

i have many proof that jagex said that you have to be member troughout whole september it wouldn't be fair for the players who have been member for the whole month .
