have you been member from 1 september till 31 september with no longer gaps then 24 hours of being non member . if you didn't then you will recieve the xp note between now and 24 hours . if there is a longer gap then 24 hours then i am afraid not.please try to logout and login into a other world with free inv spaces.

Dear Jagex,
I have a question because it wasn't letting me log in to members servers for 3-5 days or something during September but it said that I was subscribed and then when i tried to log in it said i wasn't a member anymore.
I'm not sure what went wrong but i was using a credit card and umm yeah, so now i think i miss out on the promissary note even though i was a member all the way through august and once i found out i quickly re-membered my account.
Will i be able to get the promissary note?

@mass gains it says you are memebr from apr 2012 i think you are fine but poke i mean post at billing support they got a threat about asking this question they can see it.

Something happened like that to me as well except my account was frozen through boku and it was a mess to sort it out. I still dont know why it happened but i believe i was a member for every day just not every minute of everyday. Please tell me that im still allowed to get my promissary note and everything that comes with being a member for the whole 2 months. I hope it is just taking you guys a little while. Someone please figure out whats going on and get back to me please and thanks!
