umm im wondering why i have yet received my bonus 700k ..... lost membership for 1 day and cant get my rewards kidda messied up been a member on and off sence 2006 but i dont get a reward because i missed a day of payment.. sorry only human

i checked my debit card transactions and it charged on both august and september and i also got loyalty points for both months it didnt reset.. i havent resieved my exp or fate items... it has charged on my debit card i would like my stuff please.. contact me back

i cancelled my member ship on august 16th but it kept the member ship till the next payment was supposed to happen.. but i re added it my member ship before september, so ive been member throught out both and ive payed for it.. and i saw that u guys tried charging on september 6th and it failed and then u did it 2 minutes later and it worked... so if i dont get my fate items and exp because of 2 minutes cause of some kind of mess up that happened then thats stupid.

WOW, i missed one day of membership during summer time and i havent even got any bonus experience so far not even 700k nor 350k. this is silly cuz i been playing rs for extremely long on and off membership and I haven't got the bonus even till now. I waited two days but now its been some time :/
