or *gasp* they need suppliments to keep this game going . unlike you i enjoy this game and i want it to be here as long as possible . unlike all you dense 09ers . and if youve been playing longer thats even sadder .. their team has grown and they tried many many things before this this was their last resort . and you dont have to buy things so it doesnt affect you . youve had a month of free spins . i got all the items minus rings with free spins alone . really .. broaden your view and if you dont understand go play wow where you pay for any big update. you pay 5 bucks a month and you think their greedy?!?! after eoc sice update youd have to pay blizzard $50+.

Um that time hasn't occurred yet, you removed them too early?
Darn because I had saved quite a few spins from challenges and any extras, was going to spin them later on for some last possible emote chances.

Hi,
I've been a member throughout all of August and September assuming I would get the 700k xp and other goodies, only to find out that I will need a longer lasting membership (throughout the day of October 1st) in order to receive the rewards. I carefully calculated the activation of my 30 day cards which I have purchased in order to get the rewards, only now to be told that membership throughout August and September is not enough to get the rewards for being a member throughout August and September. My membership runs out at 7:29 (UTC) October 1st, which is (I think) 8:29 (BST) and I am being told that I will receive the promissory note and other goodies sometime during October 1st.
Will I still get the note in time before my membership expires?

Very stupid decision to give out Xp notes on october 1st. The end of the month is the 30th. Membership will expire before the xp note is delivered for many people. Also, the xp notes were horribly designed. Complete waste of logic. You should have just allowed people to type in a # and click enter and not added those dumb icons with different xp and level limitations. Instead you should have allowed people to select a skill and it should tell you your max possible level that you could get in that skill by using the xp remaining and the ability to select a level and the xp would be used accordingly.

I only just found out that i am getting 350k xp for the month of September. I have always been under the impression since reading the news updates in July/August that promissory notes would be worth 350k xp for August, 700k xp for September: totalling 1.05mil xp. Now after reading todays update, it seems that the information is mired in symantics, saying that you needed to be a member for 2months to get the 700k xp for September :(
Maybe this wouldnt be an issue if I wasnt a member for 2 days in August, but WAIT, that wasnt even my fault.
You dont expect a bankcard with automatic drawing for recurring membership not to work, yet it happened. The first i knew that something was wrong was when I couldnt log in to a members world, not like the old days where "membership will expire on this date" would display on your log-in page. (why i didnt get any sort of message about membership not renewing on its renewal date I will never know).
Trying to remedy this I followed JAGEX OWN recommendations of contacting your relevant bank to work it out, effectively leaving me out of membership for more than 24hrs. I eventually sorted it all out thinking to myself "at least I can still get the 700k xp for September".
