Hello Jagex, I am having some issues with the promissory note because ive had members for a while now and have recieved the 350k xp on august and renewed my membership before it even ran out and now i was excited to log in on october 1st for the 700k xp and I saw people got fate cards for death darts and got even more excited but when i logged in i had none of that so i started looking it up and it said it may take up to 24hours so ive waited 2 days now and still nothing. Ive tried changing worlds and checking diango as much as i could and i have the note but nothing is working to get the 700k xp.... I'm hoping this is a mistake and ur having techniquel issues because i got realy happy over it and im having to wait impatiently and hoping its you guys just being late but also i know this expires this year so i realy wanted to start using the stuff before it expired, so If I can receive the darts as soon as possible it would be nice because im starting to get worried. Thank you so much.

1st way(Remote Banking): Okay so if you completed rune mysteries you will be able to mine rune essence or pure essence if you have a mining level of 30 and acquire a member subscription which is slightly more valuable than said essence. Anyways according to the description of Rune Wiki, you can place a deposit box anywhere you can put a fire. In this case, you are enabled to use this in the land of rune essence of which you mine. By dropping a deposit box in this area will allow you to quickly and easily deposit your load of essence and come back to mining in less than 5 seconds. Thus' giving you an hour's worth of quick banking and generating at least a few 100k of gold or more.

2nd way(DeathTouched Dart): Sadly this weapon doesn't work in PvP so wilderness is a no-go. There are some players who regret not using all 4 tokens on the DT Darts. But there are benefits if you maintain high skill levels and more importantly, "Questing" because of the ability to enter certain lairs of bosses and creatures that give very high valued drops. This does work on the Queen Black Dragon and will cut out most or all the short films in between fighting stages of this boss. Her highest drop is a Dragon Kite-Shield which is worth $24Mill. Here are some useful tips when having these darts equipped while not intending to use them.
#1- TURN OFF AUTO RETALIATE.
#2- IF YOU HAVE CLAIMED MORE THAN ONE DART THEN DO NOT WEAR SWIFT GLOVES.
