a good thing would be that if u lvl up u will get 1 runecoin per lvl that you gain. that way even non member players could slowly save for something they REALLY REALLY want.

Hi. I got a duplicate Dragon ceremonial breatplate today from an uncommon slot in the Squeal. I submitted a bug report about it but no reply received thus far. I kept the duplicate breastplate for proof, both are in my bank. I am missing the Boots and Cape for the set. Is it possible to have one of the tops exchanged for one of the pieces I am missing?
Is this another plot to get annoyed desperate people to buy more spins so they can complete their limited edition sets, and that the bug isn't actually a bug?

EDIT: @Trompeter54: Perhaps. For every 10 levels. Retroactively granting free runecoins for already gained levels would be out of the question, though, due to economical reasons. Sorry max capes.
