how can i disable the jag account guardian if i forgot the answers?

So all i need to do to activate a device is to answer 5 security questions on that device then it will let me on my account?

can we do one or the other: a text message with a one time code or answer 3 questions and then from there - permanently or temporarily register the device?

Yep. You just answer those questions and if it's a new device that you haven't used yet, JAG will let you decide if you want to give it temporary access to your account or permanent access.

i had the account guardian available like a week before this post thingy o_O
but cant the hackers just log into the site and disable?

pretty cool feature, basically guarantees u cant get hacked since u add the locations that can access the account.

if you cant remember the questions save them somewhere... i have mine saved on my phone written down and in my computer. Not hard to do lol. Great feature as i have been hacked multiple times! ='(

Once it has been enabled JAG requires your secure information to disable it so any potential hijackers would have no way of getting into your account without the answers to your questions. However, this also means you won't be able to access your account without the answers - so choose your questions (and answers) wisely!
