Firstly Have you been a member for all of August, (With no membership GAPS MORE than 24 HOURS)?
Secondly Have you tired logging out and logging back in with at least one free inventory space.
Additionally If you still don't get it please try logging out and and back in, into to a different world, this could help prompt it to pop up.
Furthermore please try speaking to Diango to see if he gives it.

I have not received my exp in any way. I do not know if there is a glitch that could include me. I have been a subscriber for over a year. I wanted the flaming skull however and bought a card to add to my account. This pushed my automatic withdrawal from my bank account to resume in October. I am a paying member, i still get my loyalty points. Why would I not receive my exp for the month of August and September? I have gone out of my way to spend money on Jagex. I await your reply, and my exp note.

I still have not received my note. I was a member for all of August. There was a problem with my payment, but it was taken care of on Aug 31, and I know I was a member on the 30th, as I was in a dungeon with friends and l lost connection. I found the billing problem on the and it was taken care of.
I have logged in several times with at least one space available and I have also checked with diango and he does not have it.

Someone Please Help ME!!!
I had some trouble with my account getting membership like on august 27th and logged into my pure (this account) and i was in lumbridge instead of runespan where i was training runecrafting like 3 days before. I bought membership back and i did not get the promissory not like everyone else. Can someone please help me? I have been a member for like 2 years straight on this account. The one time my moms credit card had to ***** up T_T. HELP PLZZZ

i had member from 1september entil 31 september sudenly 27 september my membership ended now i diddnt get the note if anyone can help me with the please answer my question also if there is any way i can signe up for august reply. Because i missed the offer while i was on vacation.
