here are some tips to help ya out this problem:
Firstly Have you been a member for all of August (1st of August 12:00am GMT till the 1st of September 12:00am GMT, With no membership GAPS MORE than 24 HOURS)?
Secondly Have you tired logging out and logging back in with at least one free inventory space.
Additionally If you still don't get it please try logging out and and back in, into to a different world, this could help prompt it to pop up.
Furthermore please try speaking to Diango to see if he gives it.
Finally if it still does not appear please contact billing support on Quick find code: 291-292-4-63573750

Steps to Contact Billing Support
1) Log into Webpage up near Play Now!
2) Click on forums.
3) Click on the billing support forums.
4) Click on the billing support forum intro thread.

To Send a Ticket follow these steps:
5) Click on Message Centre which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Reenter login details.
7) Follow the onscreen intructions.

To send an email follow these steps:
5) Click on Email Billing Support which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Copy the email address.
7) Send an email to that address.

Mod Ronin FTW! He finally told me in ways not otherwise listed in the forums why I am no longer eligible for the promissory notes. To my understanding, the system did not get to me so I will have to wait until the end of this month for full rewards. Thanks MOd Ronin!

In the summertime, when the weather is hot, you can take part in, whatever offer we got...
(I decided to stop writing my own lyrics to that song before I butchered it!)
We are getting a lot of queries regarding missing Promissory Notes that should have been delivered today if you were a member throughout August.
If you think you qualify for the item automatically but can't find it after logging in, then here's some tips on how to resolve the issue and enjoy the benefits of that extra XP:
• The item is added to your inventory or bank on login if you have a space
• If it is added on first login you will receive a pop-up message notifying you of this
• If you don’t have a space simply free up a slot
• Then logout and login to receive the item
• Note that Diango will not hand out the item at the present time
If you've done this and still don't have the XP note it's highly likely this is due to unsuccessful payments or an unexpected lapse in membership, so have a double check. If you are still in doubt then feel free to post up in the ‘Help with Member Benefits’ thread so we can check it out for you! If eligible we can then make sure you receive the full rewards which include the 1 million xp and ‘choose your fate’ items!
Please note that we will need to wait until 1st October 2012 to do this, as due to the way our system works we need a full overview of your Sizzling Summer eligibility. The reason for this is that adding these items sooner could result in duplicate items (depending on what you automatically receive for the month of September) which could render them unusable! I know I wouldn’t want unusable XP bonuses!

Hey mod William,
I just want to let you know that I still haven't received my promissory note yet and i don't know why. I think im eligible for it because my email says, " Your halfway through sizzling summer, stay subscribed for 700k more xp!". So you see, im very confused. Please help me out here and please reply back. Thank you
