Firstly Have you been a member for all of August, (With no membership GAPS MORE than 24 HOURS)?
Secondly Have you tired logging out and logging back in with at least one free inventory space.
Additionally If you still don't get it please try logging out and and back in, into to a different world, this could help prompt it to pop up.
Furthermore please try speaking to Diango to see if he gives it.

Jagex, Something to think about.
I've been a Runescape player since 2002, and I can definitely say that "Sizzling Summer" is one of the ONLY events that I will remember about Runescape 10 years from now.
I would definitely become a member more often if the high XP rewards continue. I LOVE the idea. Why didn't Jagex think of this sooner? THIS IS THE BEST IDEA RUNESCAPE HAS COME UP WITH in 10 YEARS.
Let me put it to you this way: WHY DO PEOPLE BOT? WHY DO I KNOW FRIENDS IN REAL LIFE WHO BOT? It's simple. Because it's very difficult to raise skills in a legit way. You have to spend HOURS UPON HOURS in front of the computer screen to do it. And nobody wants to waste 10 hours each day on a game, sorry to speak the truth. THIS is why, dare I say, 100% of people bot. However, Sizzling Summer and events like it have the potential to SIGNIFICANTLY reduce people's incentives to bot. THINK ABOUT THIS JAGEX!
I have played this game for 10 years, I have seen it all and I know what I'm talking about. A further example, I personally have NEVER raised even one skill to 99 because it just takes TOO LONG. Yet with help from Promissory Notes, the future of Runescape looks brighter not only for me, but also for everyone who wants to be a legit player.
Jagex, I repeat, something to think about.

i kind of have a complaint. i got jipped in this case. due to a glitch in the game i was not aware that i had lost my membership and my bank was blocking the payment from going through even though i had the money in my account. the glitch was that the game was saying i was a member but i was unable to log into member worlds. i checked my game mail and email and have no mail stating that i was no longer a member or jagex was having problems getting payment. i am aware that jagex attempts to bill a few days prior to you renewal subscription and that they will send an email if they are not successful. i was not given any mail or email regarding this. and because of that i will not be receiving the free 350k exp. which in my opinion really sucks. is there any way i could still receive the bonus because i was not at fault for the misshap?
also when i was checking my payment due date and it was bugged. said that my next payment was due a year before this one so i couldn't tell when i needed to pay either.
