Steps to Contact Billing Support
1) Log into Webpage up near Play Now!
2) Click on forums.
3) Click on the billing support forums.
4) Click on the billing support forum intro thread.

To Send a Ticket follow these steps:
5) Click on Message Centre which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Reenter login details.
7) Follow the onscreen intructions.

To send an email follow these steps:
5) Click on Email Billing Support which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Copy the email address.
7) Send an email to that address.

In the summertime, when the weather is hot, you can take part in, whatever offer we got...
(I decided to stop writing my own lyrics to that song before I butchered it!)
We are getting a lot of queries regarding missing Promissory Notes that should have been delivered today if you were a member throughout August.
If you think you qualify for the item automatically but can't find it after logging in, then here's some tips on how to resolve the issue and enjoy the benefits of that extra XP:
• The item is added to your inventory or bank on login if you have a space
• If it is added on first login you will receive a pop-up message notifying you of this
• If you don’t have a space simply free up a slot
• Then logout and login to receive the item
• Note that Diango will not hand out the item at the present time
If you've done this and still don't have the XP note it's highly likely this is due to unsuccessful payments or an unexpected lapse in membership, so have a double check. If you are still in doubt then feel free to post up in the ‘Help with Member Benefits’ thread so we can check it out for you! If eligible we can then make sure you receive the full rewards which include the 1 million xp and ‘choose your fate’ items!
Please note that we will need to wait until 1st October 2012 to do this, as due to the way our system works we need a full overview of your Sizzling Summer eligibility. The reason for this is that adding these items sooner could result in duplicate items (depending on what you automatically receive for the month of September) which could render them unusable! I know I wouldn’t want unusable XP bonuses!

Hey, were you a member from the 1st of August up until yesterday? If so you should still be legible for the 350k reward. Head over to billing support using the qfc: 291-292-4-63573750. Tell them when you were a member from and they should be able to help you, good luck!

If both of you think you are legible head over to billing (291-292-4-63573750 ) and ask them. I'm not sure if you had to be a member EVERY DAY or not, or if there was a grace period. So just head over to billing and tell them your story and they should be able to sort you out. Sorry this couldn't be more helpful.

Try logging out with 1 inventory space and then back in. If that doesn't work, log out again with 1 space free and then log into a DIFFERENT world. If that still doesn't work head over to billing (291-292-4-63573750) and tell them you've tried that and you still haven't got your note. Good luck!.

As long as you were a member before August 1st then you should be able to get the full 350k. As I said above, try logging out with 1 invy space free and logging back in. Then if that doesn't work, log out again and then log into a DIFFERENT world. If that still doesn't work, head over to billing (291-292-4-63573750). Tell them you've tried that solution and you haven't received your note. Good luck!
