im still waiting all my friends got already the prom notes but i dont
i am member till 09-nov-2012 and bought 4 months of membership for runescape couse i love this game maybe more than everybody :P

We are getting a lot of queries regarding missing Promissory Notes that should have been delivered today if you were a member throughout August.
If you think you qualify for the item automatically but can't find it after logging in, then here's some tips on how to resolve the issue and enjoy the benefits of that extra XP:
• The item is added to your inventory or bank on login if you have a space
• If it is added on first login you will receive a pop-up message notifying you of this
• If you don’t have a space simply free up a slot
• Then logout and login to receive the item
• Note that Diango will not hand out the item at the present time
If you've done this and still don't have the XP note it's highly likely this is due to unsuccessful payments or an unexpected lapse in membership, so have a double check. If you are still in doubt then feel free to post up in the ‘Help with Member Benefits’ thread so we can check it out for you! If eligible we can then make sure you receive the full rewards which include the 1 million xp and ‘choose your fate’ items!
Please note that we will need to wait until 1st October 2012 to do this, as due to the way our system works we need a full overview of your Sizzling Summer eligibility. The reason for this is that adding these items sooner could result in duplicate items (depending on what you automatically receive for the month of September) which could render them unusable! I know I wouldn’t want unusable XP bonuses!

Steps to Contact Billing Support
1) Log into Webpage up near Play Now!
2) Click on forums.
3) Click on the billing support forums.
4) Click on the billing support forum intro thread.

To Send a Ticket follow these steps:
5) Click on Message Centre which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Reenter login details.
7) Follow the onscreen intructions.

To send an email follow these steps:
5) Click on Email Billing Support which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Copy the email address.
7) Send an email to that address.

@ all who haven't got their xp note yet there are 2 post here to help ya guys out to make it short try to login in a other world if not work contact billing support

Okay, I had my card mess up during last month, so did my friend, his membership ran out. He got his note, I didn't. Please explain to me how this happened, because i know for a fact that i should have it, all of this is really upsetting to me im getting cheated out of the note. My other account got it and i've been a member just as long as that account.

Okay, im clueless I bought membership today 9/1/2012 at 5:50Pm EST. So, will I get the rewards for september or no... I'm totally lost on this one. :@ I was qualified for 2 weeks membership last week so do I get the rewards if im member this whole month?

If I start a Membership on 9/1/2012 will their be an penalty On my September sizzling rewards. I have not start the membership today but i am planing on using it before the 2nd of September. and right now this time zone is 5:50pm USA eastern and I have until 8:00 to become cause it will be 12:00 am in London I believe. please respond I really want to redeem this card for the awards.
