I never got my xp lamp at all and Ive been a member for a really long time!! However i logged in one day in mid August to find out i was no longer a member... but on my profile in the lobby said i was?!? so i canceled and renewed!! and if that's why i don't get my xp im gonna be furious JAGEX and probably cancel mem next time it runs out!!

Quick question... I was a member up until the beginning of August as a subscriber. However my bank account was locked due to a statement being sent back (I moved) this meant that the billing service was unable to withdraw the money from my account. However I still remained within the grace period of a few days until I fixed the issue. I purchased a 2 month subscription therafter to cover the summer. Am I excluded from the promotion? I didn't really have much control over the issue. Would be a shame if I missed out on this because of that
