Hello shakedownST, I'm sorry you have waited so long, just a few questions.
Did you have any membership breaks in the whole month of august if not please try logging out and back in with at least one inventory space, if the problem carries on try logging out and back into another world that should help. In the summertime, when the weather is hot, you can take part in, whatever offer we got...
(I decided to stop writing my own lyrics to that song before I butchered it!)
We are getting a lot of queries regarding missing Promissory Notes that should have been delivered today if you were a member throughout August.
If you think you qualify for the item automatically but can't find it after logging in, then here's some tips on how to resolve the issue and enjoy the benefits of that extra XP:
• The item is added to your inventory or bank on login if you have a space
• If it is added on first login you will receive a pop-up message notifying you of this
• If you don’t have a space simply free up a slot
• Then logout and login to receive the item
• Note that Diango will not hand out the item at the present time
If you've done this and still don't have the XP note it's highly likely this is due to unsuccessful payments or an unexpected lapse in membership, so have a double check. If you are still in doubt then feel free to post up in the ‘Help with Member Benefits’ thread so we can check it out for you! If eligible we can then make sure you receive the full rewards which include the 1 million xp and ‘choose your fate’ items!
Please note that we will need to wait until 1st October 2012 to do this, as due to the way our system works we need a full overview of your Sizzling Summer eligibility. The reason for this is that adding these items sooner could result in duplicate items (depending on what you automatically receive for the month of September) which could render them unusable! I know I wouldn’t want unusable XP bonuses!

Still no notes or what ever to get the 350.000 xp.Not with diango or in inventory or in bank and i got plenty of space left.
It said: today is the day!!!
That was yesterday. O_o
Almost forgot to tell: I was and am a member the whole year so including august!!!

BTWay:why is Telepathetic post dubble,is that allowed!???

I have a question if anyone can clear this up, I heard about this so I purchased membership on Aug 1 2012 8:50 pm and have had it since then with out any breaks.
I have not received the note and it's looking like i will not. Anyone have any information on this?
