I'm really upset I was a member all of August and I got o 350k exp. Is it still delivering or did Jagex lie to me? I really want to experience points. I have been a member longer so I don;t know why I still don't have it.

I have been a member for a long time and did not receive a promissory note. I went and spoke with Diango with no luck. Any suggestions?

update: Log out and back in and the reward showed up

I like how zach is making a effort to answer all questions he can i thank you for that. but people should really read the stuff be four they ask half these questions you have been asked the same stuff like 100 times lmao!! :( poor guy people read god!!!

For all the people who are saying did jaxex lie to me seriose.. read the first thing god it tells you it can take time for people to recive i also found if u log in do your squeel then relog u normaly get instant it worked for me both account and cupple my friends but seriose stop going off on one just read be four u jump. Then why on the first of August were they showing the sign that said if you join up now you will still be able to obtain the rewards? I truthfully would love to see an admin admit to the fact they lied about the signs in game and on the main page. With that false advertising. It was removed on the 2nd Of August Which would have been a day to late, but in fact the signs were still in game on the first.

Edit: Though I realize this takes time, Not saying I will or will not. I just would like to see an actual moderator give out the information. On to why or if I will or will not be receiving a note.
