In the summertime, when the weather is hot, you can take part in, whatever offer we got...
(I decided to stop writing my own lyrics to that song before I butchered it!)
We are getting a lot of queries regarding missing Promissory Notes that should have been delivered today if you were a member throughout August.
If you think you qualify for the item automatically but can't find it after logging in, then here's some tips on how to resolve the issue and enjoy the benefits of that extra XP:
• The item is added to your inventory or bank on login if you have a space
• If it is added on first login you will receive a pop-up message notifying you of this
• If you don’t have a space simply free up a slot
• Then logout and login to receive the item
• Note that Diango will not hand out the item at the present time
If you've done this and still don't have the XP note it's highly likely this is due to unsuccessful payments or an unexpected lapse in membership, so have a double check. If you are still in doubt then feel free to post up in the ‘Help with Member Benefits’ thread so we can check it out for you! If eligible we can then make sure you receive the full rewards which include the 1 million xp and ‘choose your fate’ items!
Please note that we will need to wait until 1st October 2012 to do this, as due to the way our system works we need a full overview of your Sizzling Summer eligibility. The reason for this is that adding these items sooner could result in duplicate items (depending on what you automatically receive for the month of September) which could render them unusable! I know I wouldn’t want unusable XP bonuses!

Hello any J Mod,
I have a question concerning the Sizzling Summer. It seems as if I haven't received a promissory note, despite I've been member throughout the whole of August (from feburary, in fact). The membership lasted from 19th of Feburary until the 19th of August, but on the 16th of August, the membership rebilled for until the 16th of Feburary 2013. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

As far as I knew Diango was still the one to go to.
As for Busty333, I notice you either made your account or subscribed in August. It may not have counted due to this, because I'm unsure the exact day you made/subbed your account. If it wasn't the 1st of August, looks like you're out of luck.

hey, are you guys finnished with sharing out these lamps? because ive been a member for the whole august and i dont still have the exp. how long untill it has given to all the players? Thanks.

I don't think Jagex are quite finished handing out notes yet, try logging out with one inventory space free and then logging back in. If that doesn't give you your note try contacting billing support at: 291-292-4-63573750
