Steps to Contact Billing Support
1) Log into Webpage up near Play Now!
2) Click on forums.
3) Click on the billing support forums.
4) Click on the billing support forum intro thread.

To Send a Ticket follow these steps:
5) Click on Message Centre which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Reenter login details.
7) Follow the onscreen intructions.

To send an email follow these steps:
5) Click on Email Billing Support which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Copy the email address.
7) Send an email to that address.

its the second of september and i still havent ben given my promissory note??
i dont know what the issue is here, i can gurantee that i have been a member every day of the month for the past year and a bit now so im not sure what the problem is?
can somebody please get to this?

i logged in and out a few times and they appeared in my inventory after about the fourth time, sorry for the inconvenience

Hello it has now been 3 days since the release of promissory notes i have got them on my pure but i have NOT yet received them on this character even after speaking to diango, please if a moderator could tell me what seems to be the problem then i will gladly clear things up with my billing method/times if need be.
