The xp is really great, but the one and only problem I'm having is that after I destroy the note, I cannot reclaim it at Diango. The only reason I destroyed the note was to see the dialogue for reclaiming the note to screen cap it and put it on the Wikia, as well as see it for myself.

I didnt get the xp even though ive been a member since 2009, what happened?
*edit* Nevermind, i logged out and back in again and got it that time, Jagex really needs to fix that :/

Dear Jagex,
I have been a member for at least 14 months now and I have yet to recieve this note...I have tried every possible way to recieve it and still cannot get it. My sister was even able to get it before me and I was a member way longer than she. Please help me out here I would really love to have it.

my appoligize , jagex made a gap limit of 24hrs so if you became non member for longer than 24 hrs your not eligible for the rewards i am sorry to hear about the funeral=/.

i am sorry all i can answer your questions with these tips=$
Firstly Have you been a member for all of August, (With no membership GAPS MORE than 24 HOURS)?
Secondly Have you tired logging out and logging back in with at least one free inventory space.
Additionally If you still don't get it please try logging out and and back in, into to a different world, this could help prompt it to pop up.
Furthermore please try speaking to Diango to see if he gives it.

So I am confused on why i didn't get a Promissory note. I upgraded to my membership status again starting on August the 1 and have been a member throughout August obviously. I planned on extending for September too but I'm not sure that I want to if I'm not going to receive a benefit that I believe I am entitled to.
