We are getting a lot of queries regarding missing Promissory Notes that should have been delivered today if you were a member throughout August.
If you think you qualify for the item automatically but can't find it after logging in, then here's some tips on how to resolve the issue and enjoy the benefits of that extra XP:
• The item is added to your inventory or bank on login if you have a space
• If it is added on first login you will receive a pop-up message notifying you of this
• If you don’t have a space simply free up a slot
• Then logout and login to receive the item
• Note that Diango will not hand out the item at the present time
If you've done this and still don't have the XP note it's highly likely this is due to unsuccessful payments or an unexpected lapse in membership, so have a double check. If you are still in doubt then feel free to post up in the ‘Help with Member Benefits’ thread so we can check it out for you! If eligible we can then make sure you receive the full rewards which include the 1 million xp and ‘choose your fate’ items!
Please note that we will need to wait until 1st October 2012 to do this, as due to the way our system works we need a full overview of your Sizzling Summer eligibility. The reason for this is that adding these items sooner could result in duplicate items (depending on what you automatically receive for the month of September) which could render them unusable! I know I wouldn’t want unusable XP bonuses!

i have not gotten my lamp,my account is fairly new but i believe it was made before augest, is there a way to check to see when my account was made it would be greatly appreciated.

I've been a member for 3 months now according to to the loyalty program and my membership is still running! Why haven't I been given one? I was told that it may take till midnight, but it's September now.
