how come i have been a member and i didn't get any notes or anything? i have been member since the first day of august and i am still a member my inventory is empty but i don't know what to do.

@imdabestoook Can you contact billing support to deal with this either at this thread: 291-292-4-63573750 That is the quick find code. You can also use the following steps:
Steps to Contact Billing Support
1) Log into Webpage up near Play Now!
2) Click on forums.
3) Click on the billing support forums.
4) Click on the billing support forum intro thread.

To Send a Ticket follow these steps:
5) Click on Message Centre which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Reenter login details.
7) Follow the onscreen intructions.

To send an email follow these steps:
5) Click on Email Billing Support which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Copy the email address.
7) Send an email to that address.

@Arid Shadow Can you wait another 35 minutes then log off and on with a space in your inventory. If you still don't have it contact billing support with the information in my post above this.

ive had a membership for a while and i was a member until august 13th then it ran out at like 8 oclock. i couldnt re new my membership because i was busy so i didnt have a membership until about 6 30 august 14th. ive been a member every single day in august just not every hour. i was a member for most of august 13th and some of august 14th? i really want my xp becasuse it would be so helpful and i think i deserve it seeing i was a member everyday? im so confused and dont know what to do at this point but as someone who knows all about it.

Well that was a bust. No explanation on how the lamps worked so I just clicked on them on at a time to see what lvls the could be used at. I wanted to use all 350k on dungoneering, but, as I was only at lvl 61 I could only apply the 25k lamps or lower, so I used to 100, 500, 1k, 5k, 25k for Dung, and 100k for prayer. The remainder, minus a few k because I couldn't figure out why the lamps weren't disapearing or telling me they were already used.
It dawns on me, albeit, way to late that I could have used each lamp several times. Meaning use the 25k lamp, over and over, until all exp went to the skill I wanted. But, since there were no instructions on the useage, I wasted it on prayer and could have used it all on Dung, which would have put me just short of lvl 70. (I hate Dungoneering, dumbestt update ever. Its of stupid mini game not a skill)
No since posting to this message on how to use the lamps, its too late, and I figured it out on my own.

@Bis Auf I am going to pass this feedback on directly to J Mods so the September version doesn't have the same problems. I am also going to take your personal problem to a J Mod if I can to see if I can get this sorted. This is all I can do. Sorry I can't be of more help.
