Gladynator 1, you can use your experience on anything you would like no matter what level. The only thing that changes is the amount of experience you can withdraw from the note at once. For example a level 1 skill may only be able to put on 5k at a time (example not the exact measurements). The higher your skill level is the more experience you will be able to put on it at a time. While you have a lower level you will just have to keep withdrawing smaller amounts. As you do this however you will level up and the amount of experience you can withdraw will increase.
