I've really been looking forward to the sizzling summer event but I haven't received the XP. Can you please tell me what I've done wrong? Is it because I wasn't member on the first of august?

I'm sorry to say that to be legible for the 350k you needed to have been a member on 1st August. As long as your membership runs to the end of September you will still receive 350k though instead of 700k that you would've received if you were a member through August and September.

Not all the notes have been handed out yet, you will just have to try again. If it doesn't work this next time, contact billing support using this qfc: 291-292-4-63573750
Just tell them you haven't received your note yet and that you were a member throughout August (If you truthfully were). If you were a member through August (from the 1st to the 31st)and after messaging billing support, they should be able to help you out.
