MONTES-554 - That was the most off topic thing I've ever read, ever.
On the note of the SoF, I support it. They didn't release anything for the SoF, add anything to it, change it, or modify the function of it. This makes it extremely low effort, and doesn't take away from anything that Jagex may be working on. So, I fail to see many of the communities arguments being valid. Jagex can throw out a promotion any day, or every day. It takes no effort. If you expected them to create a quest or skill or area in one day, what is wrong with you?
A game content related update takes a lot more than one day to work on, and the fact that Jagex does a promotion here and there between the game content updates shouldn't be a concern. What else could they possibly do between their updates? They can't do much other than give you behind the scenes and Q&A's. If this promotion wasn't there, there would be NO difference to when the next update is.
So, that being said, I ask all of you who are hating on Jagex for this promotion, can you provide some actual reason as to why this was a bad idea other than "I don't like it QQ"? Honestly, grow up people.
