1. Go read the reply to your post on the other thread and perhaps you'll actually understand something rather then making a fool of yourself.
2. Yes, it's very easy for them to make a promotion like this. No, it doesn't take away from anything else they are working on. The problem is, there is nothing else they are working on!!! Long ago, as in 2005-2006ish Andrew used to promise one content update a week and he achieved this with only about 10-15 programmers. They stopped doing this as much after 2007 or so but when they returned free trade and the wildy MMG once again promised a return to that policy and for just over a year we had a content update of some sort every week of every month. Then came SoF and SGS.
Since the introduction of those we have fallen from 1 actual CONTENT update per week to one about every 4-5 weeks. They claim to have doubled their team and yet can't produce the same amount of work as Andrew's team did 6-7 years ago with less technology and less people to work with? Seems highly unlikely to anyone with the slightest bit of intelligence. That's what we take an issue with when they continue to bombard us with SoF "updates" on a weekly or even daily basis. IVP does not care about the future of the game nor about improving the game now. They will probably release everything that they currently have half done, i.e. EoC, a couple new quests, new graphics, and then there will be a veeeeery long time before we get anything new. They've done it before and they'll do it again. All they care about is lining their pockets as much and as fast as possible. And while they move on to the next game, we're stuck with the game we love in ruins.
