They are working on real content updates. They've had to raise the memberships and other alternatives to try and raise more money. Do any of you actually know how much money they have to spend for your content you selfish people want?
They have to pay other companies for electricity, and services they are provided.
They need to pay employees who get paid better then I do, and I get paid pretty well.
They have to pay money to lawyers who take up for them for lawsuits for things like:
"RS made my child kill himself because someone killed him in the game!"
..or anything else there in.
They have to pay for advertising, and pay other things I couldn't begin to start.
Computer programming is a real gift, and it takes millions to make it work. Ever watch how much it takes to make 3D content?
Anyone? Anyone?
You think 5$ a month membership on a game that would never update to today's ever changing world would survive? No.
You think 5$ a month will cover ever rising expenses for a company in this time?
No.
You all just care about playing a game without knowing what effort it takes to making it and running it.
I would love, just love to have seen what would have happened to the company if some of you had things your way, no business expertise, nothing. Guess what? Funds would exhaust, the game would stop being updated, and eventually out of control.
They have to pay for techs to patch things, they have to pay alot of cash to do things we don't know about and all you all are caring about is this crap. Too blinded by hate and "gaming values" to actually wake up. No wonder Jagex doesn't listen to half of you, you clearly don't know what's going on.
