Zazu... you are an idiot. The xp lamps are based on skill level. Meaning, a level 1 skill, gets like 250exp. There's no way in hell 100 bucks worth of spins will beef up any newbie character. If that is you're argument, then you need to leave. No offense.

100 dollars of spins is hardly going to let you "beef up" a new character. Not knowing the chances of getting lamps from the wheel but considering my average luck with it, you might be lucky if you hit level 50-60 in a single skill and maybe get a few mil in gold. Hardly a beefed up character.

Again, it's not illegal. The owners of the game are allowed to sell you ingame items for a nominal fee because they own the intellectual property rights. It's illegal for gold sellers to sell gold because they DON'T own the rights to sell it.
Now, if the only way to get 90% of items in this game was to pay real money then I'd be up in arms about it too. But it isn't. Everything except the lucky versions of items and the few cosmetic items they put on there is obtainable ingame, whether it be through you finding it or you merching and buying them or you scamming them out of people with hot/cold games or whatever people do.

And it doesn't happen often at all.
I went through over 300 spins. No 200m. And landing on it once on every account, not gonna happen. You might as well be speaking Porkinese, cuz nothing you say makes any sense. Kiddo.
EDIT: And they'd have to work with the pendants. I seriously doubt anyone is going to get that many pendents to justify a a $150 account. Have you seen what accounts go for these days? Not that much.

I did not actually read your first MSG about the idea of taking Jagex & IVP to court and trying to find a way to bring charges against them. Charges that would stick in a court of law. We need to band together if we want any chance of enforcing them to remove the SOF. If we do not band together in a class action law suite we wont have the power to force them to stop what they are doing.
With out some sort of class action against them they will have no reason what so ever to cease and desist their reprehensible money making tactics...
What thread did you first post about it in Cp*l2??? Can you provide a Quick Find Code with a Page number & Post number so I can go see it and copy it for posterity's sake. I wish to make off line back up copy's of very interesting posts just in case IVP decides to play hide the Free Speech again....
Something they have been doing a lot of lately (particularly when it mentions anything to do about there take over & they way they Grabbed as much money off their Company Take over of once popular games which are abandoned shortly after they have milked the game dry for as much profit as possible before leaving it & it's player base to die.
I first posted about this a while back. I have been against the SOF since the day of it's creation.

The chances of anyone landing on the 200m are so small it's laughable. Pendants do you no good if the idea is to make a quick buck as blowing 100 on spins and getting pendants and then having to grind for a week or 2 to get 50 dollars profit is just not good business sense.
Anyone who actually got the 200m would probably either A) keep it and give it to their main or B) sell it to gold selling sites anyway, which is illegal and thus would could earn them jail time.

SoF is more problems than solutions.
You sound like Jagex is cutting you in on the profits. You fighting for the wrong side.

I wish they were cutting me in on the profits. I could use the extra cash.
I'm not fighting for any side. I have no problem with Jagex and microtransactions. I've had microtransactions in the majority of the MMO's I've tried and I've never had an issue with them.
But then I also don't take it as seriously as everyone complaining about it seems to do. I'm playing for my personal satisfaction and enjoyment and if that means I drop some money on spins to help make my gaming experience a bit easier, well that's my choice.
Just as it is everyones choice to not use the free spins, not buy spins at all, not pay for membership or simply not play.
If you have this much of a problem with them, why haven't you just quit? All the vocal whiners have been whining for weeks and it has solved nothing.
