In the past I have been disapointed with some of the updates. For example when Soloman's was first introduced. I didn't say anything then because they were just vanity items. Things that were not crucial to game-play. Another example is the game card rewards (only certain territories or countries being able to get some of them, or having to buy them at certain stores). Again, I didn't say anything about these, because they did not add any sort of advantage in-game other than looking cool. They were vanity items. This update disgusts me and has been the first time in my RS life that I'm actually considering quitting. The reason that I started playing this game over other online RPG's is that Jagex didn't ask you to buy additional 'packages', or other things, that would give you an advantage over other players.
I'm NOT saying that this update will suddenly allow certain players to be the best in the game. What I am saying is that by having the extra bank spaces you have the option to keep the best of the best in your bank. As a well rounded player, you currently don't have that option. You can't have the best armours available for all of the different fighting styles AND have all the items in your bank for skilling. There simply isn't room.
Yes, you can place SOME items in you POH, but most of the new items cannot be. The Wicked Robes is an example of this. Another example of items that cannot be placed in a POH are the Queen's Guard and Dragon Cerimonial outfits. JaGex has, in the last 3 months, added at least 20 items that cannot be stored anywhere other than your bank. If these items are destroyed they cannot be gotten back easily, or in some cases at all.
